Return Policy:

Sometimes, unforeseen issues might occur. Accordingly, we will be pleased to return the order at our own expense and instantly send a replacement.

A $25 restocking fees applies if you return a product without any issue from our side. This fee helps cover logistics and handling during the return process.

  1. Eligibility Criteria
    To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, the following conditions must be met:

– The request for a return or refund must be made within 7 days from delivery.
– The product must be returned in its original sealed packaging.
– The product must be unused, unaltered, and in perfect condition.
– A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.
– All items are quality checked before dispatching; however, faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving.
– The product must be in its original condition with the price/product tag.

  1. Return Process
    The process of initiating a return or exchange is simple and easy to follow:

– Reach out to our customer support team at support@nutrfusion.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
– Provide us with your order number and a brief issue description. Attaching relevant photos of the product is required in all cases.
– Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and arrange a pickup from your address.
– Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will proceed with the replacement or refund.

  1. Refund Terms:

– For online paid orders, the paid value will be refunded to the same account/card used for the transaction.
– Monetary refunds on Cash-on-Delivery (COD) purchases are not allowed. COD orders can only be refunded as store credit, which can be used for future purchases*.

*Any future purchases will be subject to the same COD/shipping fees and procedures if applicable.

– Delivery and COD fees applied cannot be refunded. However, the paid Value Added Tax (VAT) fees will be refunded when the product is returned.
– Refunds in store credit can be processed once the item is returned to our facility, and the credit will appear in the customer’s account within 24 hours.
– Credit card refunds can be processed once the item is returned to our facility, but it might take up to 14 days for the refund to show up on the credit card statement, depending on your bank’s policy.

Return Exclusions:
Products that come in sealed packaging cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Additional Information
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure you include any products and any designer packaging that may have been included. If the products have not been returned in their original state or have been used, you will have to pay for the shipping charges to receive the items again. You will not be allowed to choose the means of shipping the products; they will be returned through the shipping company/couriers we work with only.
